1. Promotion Period
This offer is valid for new implant enquiries received on or before 30th June 2026. Dentistry Plus reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
2. Eligibility
This offer is available to new patients aged 18 years and over attending a participating Dentistry Plus clinic for a dental implant assessment. Existing implant treatment plans and current implant patients may not be eligible.
3. Included Services
The promotion includes one (1) complimentary implant assessment consultation and one (1) complimentary CBCT scan where deemed clinically necessary by the treating dentist. No treatment is included as part of this offer.
4. CBCT Transfer Fee
The complimentary CBCT scan is provided for assessment and treatment planning within Dentistry Plus. If a patient requests their CBCT scan, DICOM files, or related imaging records to be transferred, released, or sent to another dental provider, a $300 administration and transfer fee will apply and must be paid prior to release.
5. General Conditions
This offer is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or combinable with any other promotion unless otherwise stated. All treatment recommendations are subject to clinical assessment and suitability as determined by the treating dentist.
Any procedure carries a risk. Prior to proceeding, patients may wish to seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
This offer cannot be exchanged for any other treatment and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
The offer includes a maximum of two (2) bitewings or PAs (022) OR one (1) OPG. Any additional X-rays will incur an additional cost.
Private health insurance must be valid, with remaining extras dental cover available.
