The $1,000 prize is a Dentistry Plus treatment credit and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
The prize is valid for 12 months from the date the winner is notified. Any unused credit remaining after this date will expire.
The winner must have an active Health Layby Wallet with an ongoing contribution of at least $10 per week (or equivalent contribution frequency) at the time the competition closes and when the prize is drawn and awarded.
The $1,000 credit can only be used towards eligible dental treatment at a Dentistry Plus location.
All treatment is subject to clinical suitability and the treating dentist has full discretion regarding the treatment provided and whether the prize credit can be applied to a particular treatment.
The prize is non-transferable and can only be used by the person named as the competition winner.
The credit cannot be applied retrospectively to treatment already completed or invoices already paid.
Any treatment costs exceeding the $1,000 prize credit will be the responsibility of the winner.
