Lucas Lang is the Founder and Managing Director of the Dentistry Plus group, which was established as Dentures Plus in 2008. Over the past 18 years, Lucas has helped grow the business from its origins in dentures and dental prosthetics into a multi-location dental group providing comprehensive dental care across Perth.
Lucas has worked in dental technology since 1998 and holds a Master’s in Dental Technology (Prosthetics), bringing more than 28 years of experience in dental prosthetics and denture construction. His clinical interests include full and partial dentures, implant-supported dentures, complex tooth replacement and smile transformations.
Lucas is particularly passionate about helping patients who have struggled with uncomfortable or unstable dentures find practical options to restore their function, smile and confidence.
That same desire to make healthcare more accessible also led Lucas to establish Health Layby Wallet (HLW). The idea grew from seeing patients pay for private health extras cover year after year, only to lose unused benefits, while others were relying on debt-based finance to access treatment. HLW was created as an alternative way for Australians to plan, save and pay for healthcare using their own money, without taking on debt or paying traditional health insurance extras premiums.
Today, Lucas continues to lead the Dentistry Plus group while working alongside its dentists, dental prosthetists and technicians to help patients access treatment options ranging from conventional dentures through to implant-supported dentures and Four Under One® / All- On- X Full arch implant treatment.
