Our clinic was established in 2010 by dental prosthetist Lucas Lang.

Already running the dental clinic, Dentures Plus in the area, he started Dentistry Plus to both service the Joondalup community as a family dentistry practice, as well as to provide denture patients with a “one-stop-shop” for all their needs.

Dentistry Plus Joondalup

Situated at 85 Reid Promenade, Joondalup, today the clinic has grown, with more staff available to provide a high standard of friendly and affordable services for the whole community.

Dentistry Plus offer affordable prices for:

Family & preventative dentistry that won’t break the bank

We offer almost every type of general and cosmetic dentistry you can think of – and best of all Dentistry Plus has incredibly competitive and affordable prices. We’re participating providers with HBF and Medibank Private, so for members there will be very little to pay.

Emergency dentistry

At our Joondalup clinic, we’re not quite a 24-hour emergency dental clinic. However, we do have extended trading hours to help those that need a dentist when those unexpected accidents occur. We’re also open on the weekend on a alternating schedule – open Saturday one week, and Sunday the next!

Providing excellent dental care for the surrounding northern suburbs

Dentistry Plus Joondalup treats patients daily from many surrounding suburbs such as Whitfords, Hillarys, Iluka, Currambine, Craigie, Duncraig, Edgewater, Mullaloo, Heathridge, Quinns Rocks, Ocean Reef, Sorrento, Kingsley, Kinross, Marmion, Merriwa, Tapping, Carramar, Clarkson, Connelly, Wanneroo and Woodvale.

Joondalup: a city on the rise

Named the “World’s Most Liveable City of 2011” Joondalup is a city on the rise, with a population of approximately 164,000 and growing. In recent years it has won many awards, such as a W.A. Heritage awards, Sustainability and Environment Day awards, Keep Australia Beautiful Sustainable Cities award, transport, water and even Insurance Commission awards. The team here sometimes joke that the city should win an award for the most dentists, with handfuls of Joondalup city dental clinics appearing almost by the minute! All jesting aside, much intelligent thought and planning has gone into this newly developed town, with the community rapidly growing and reaping the rewards.

The city is proving to be self-sustaining, despite being just 15 km from the Perth CBD. It encompasses an area of just under 100 km² and is one of the largest local governments in W.A. by population. There are 47 primary schools and 16 high schools in the area. It’s a well-known base for Edith Cowan University, West Coast Institute of Technology and the West Australian Police Academy. Understandably, there are more than a few doctors and dentists in Joondalup, as well as several Joondalup dental clinics, physiotherapists, chiropractors, veterinary practices and more.

Beaches, parks & leisure centres

Joondalup’s beaches are a popular destination, along with the much loved Hillarys Boat Harbour. There are countless leisure centres, parks, sporting facilities, golf courses, community centres and libraries. Several performing arts and cultural events are staged annually, including its very own summer-time Joondalup Festival, attracting over 50,000 people each year. The list of shops, cafes and restaurants continue to grow, with many people visiting the city as a tourist destination, now made easier by the direct train service from Perth City to Joondalup City Centre. What was once a small city with barely a cafe in sight, Joondalup has now evolved into a bustling, vibrant metropolis.
